The All Inclusive plan wraps together what most small offices need from us in a single package: prepaid support hours (with the same rollover ideas as our rollover service), off-site backups for your covered PCs (how backups work), and monitoring plus secure remote access through our mesh-backed setup (monitoring overview). You get one predictable line item instead of juggling three separate subscriptions.

What you get

  • Support hours at the tier you choose, for day-to-day help we scope in your agreement (visits, remote work, routine upkeep—same general idea as rollover plans)
  • Backups for the number of devices in that tier, with encrypted off-site snapshots and restore help when you need it
  • Monitoring for the device range in that tier, including the private Nebula mesh and ControlR-based visibility and remote support channel described on the monitoring page
  • One monthly price that covers the bundle, so accounting and budgeting stay simple

Exact hours, device counts, and rates are in the pricing table on the main Monthly Contracts page; 4+ hours or 5+ devices is a “call us” tier so we can size the plan safely.

Every All Inclusive tier is discounted more than 25% compared with buying the same support hours, backups, and monitoring separately at our standard Monthly Contracts list prices. The savings are already baked into each bundle row—no promo codes or haggling. Your signed agreement controls the final price and scope.

We install agents, enroll systems in the mesh, set backup scope, and align your support balance the same way we would if you bought the services separately—just under one plan name and one invoice.

Not included

  • Hardware, software licenses, and cloud fees billed separately unless your agreement says otherwise
  • Large projects or migrations quoted outside the bundle
  • After-hours and emergency rates where your agreement lists multipliers
  • Anything outside the devices, hours, and services explicitly listed in your contract
